I would recommend, most of all if possible, that you ask your diviner directly, however, since it’s possible that it’s a descriptor they know better themselves.
While Mermaid Energy doesn’t sound familiar, I would guess that it means you have a particular connection to mermaids to your diviner. I would look at associations with mermaids.
The main thing I can think of is “Mermaid Aura” which I mostly know is something William R. Mistele has written about. He works mostly in astral and spirit work it seems, and though I’m personally not well versed in his particular brand of astral, I’ll go ahead and link his stuff. Of course, like any source of information, take it with a grain of salt.
He mostly talks about women, however.
Here’s a link to “Traits of Mermaid Women” - I do apologize if it’s misgendering in any way - Though the excerpt specifically says women, I personally feel that most, if not all, general traits would have no specific connection to gender or sex.
Here is “Letters to Mermaids.”
It could also include a variety of other associations, so think of traits regarding mermaids. Sea, water, can be associated with death or drowning, even life or life giving/saving, enchanting, storms, calm, shells, sand, sea, and other such things.
Anyone else is free to add to this, of course.
I hope that helps, at least a little.

Perhaps this is my cynicism speaking, but the only people I’ve met personally who use that kind of terminology are New Age types who have…unique views about the world that should be analyzed critically.
